Spring is a time for the softball/baseball field

Another season has started up. We have found out this year that softball is the girls' favorite sport to play, so they are thoroughly enjoying themselves. Annie usually plays catcher and Amanda spends most of her time at firstbase. Both have come along way and are really proving themselves to be quite the softball players. Matthew enjoys baseball, although football remains his favorite sport. This year they have tried him out as pitcher, and might I say, he has impressed us all. With very few practices, he has had several strike outs (we won't mention he has hit a few players too, oops, nothing serious though). When he isn't pitching, he is playing shortstop or second base. Mike is realizing that his years of coaching these three are quickly coming to an end, so he is enjoying every moment. These are a few highlights of the season so far.
